raqs, because she introduced me to the Marilyn Manson cover recently, but she was unaware it was a cover of this older song. I hadn't seen the video... since it came out, basically, I think. But I figured YouTube must have it. And then I thought, why not share it with everyone?
Now, the weird thing? This isn't the video for the song that I remember. :-/ So now I'm trying to figure out what video I *am* remembering, and what it could possibly be *for*.

Date: 2008-03-29 05:31 pm (UTC)I really liked Depeche Mode a lot more than I was willing to admit at the time, and although I don't have much time for Marilyn Manson (he's one of these kids who loves to shock but forgets it's all been done before) he does make good cover choices and normally does a decent job of them.
