Going to NZ! For real!

eregyrnOkay! So, tomorrow early I leave for New Zealand; I'll be gone until August 17th. I may be able to check email. I'm kind of assuming that I won't get much or any LJ reading done.
I'm also assuming that, being gone that long, there's no way I'm going to catch up with LJ when I get back. I mean, geez -- I've been gone for like one week before and still come back to skip=350 on just the fandom/Stargate part of my flist alone. I don't think I'm going to be able to hack that kind of catch-up.
So I'm putting this post here. And if anyone happened to think to come here and post a comment pointing me at something neat (interesting/important news, fic, etc.) that I ought to make a point to find when I get back, that would be really wonderful.
